BREATH WORK/ PRANAYAMA AND MINDFUL MOVEMENT

Each class begins with a short movement sequence to open the body and prepare for breathwork, followed by techniques to enhance vitality, focus, and inner peace. Depending on your needs, the session may incorporate cleansing and energizing breathing techniques or focus solely on calming and centering practices.
