With over two decades of experience in yoga, meditation, and bodywork, my journey into these practices has been anything but conventional. My interest in introspection and self-discovery began at a young age, though in my late teens and early 20s, I sought meaning through substances, mainly psychedelics, dance, and travel.

However, without a clear focus, these experiences remained on the surface and created a sense of grasping, searching but with no direction.

This search for identity led me to prison in 1999, where I spent eight years diving deep into who I was, who I wanted to become, and what life truly meant to me.

MY MISSION

I am passionate about and dedicated to enhancing well-being through yoga, meditation, and breathwork (pranayama), offering yoga and mindfulness practices for everyday life. I strive to work with diverse groups of people and through my online platform, I provide private and small group yoga asana and pranayama/breathwork classes, half-day and full-day meditation retreats, and both 6- and 8-week mindfulness courses.

These offerings are designed to introduce diverse meditation techniques and help you develop a consistent, accessible practice that fits your life. Join me on a journey toward holistic wellness and embodied living.

YOGA CLASSES

My classes focus on nurturing your mind and body through mindfulness meditation, breathwork, and yoga asanas.
These practices promote relaxation, improve physical health, and enhance overall well-being.

MINDFULNESS 6 & 8 WEEK COURSES

My signature 6- and 8-week mindfulness series provides a comprehensive introduction to mindfulness practices. Each session is thoughtfully designed to build on the previous week, creating a gradual and supportive learning experience.

6-Week Series: $260

Yoga Asana

Each yoga class is thoughtfully tailored to meet the student’s unique needs. Whether seeking a gentle, restorative practice or a more dynamic and invigorating flow, these sessions adapt to support your personal goals and preferences. Every class includes a brief meditation to help center the mind and cultivate inner calm.

Duration:  $20/ hour

BREATH WORK/PRANAYAMA AND MINDFUL MOVEMENT

Breath work and pranayama sessions are designed to harmonize body and mind through intentional breathing practices. Each class begins with a short movement sequence to open the body and prepare for breathwork, followed by techniques to enhance vitality, focus, and inner peace.

HALF-DAY AND FULL DAY ONLINE MEDITATION RETREAT:

Experience the transformative power of mindfulness with our online meditation retreats, designed to provide a nourishing and reflective space for deepening your practice. These are offered as private (small group options available) fully-guided retreats to help disconnect from the pace of our daily lives and immerse ourselves in a way that can only be done by focused intensive practice. Retreats

Half-Day Retreat (9 AM–12 PM): $60

This private guided retreat offers a focused and peaceful morning, rotating between guided sitting meditations, mindful walking, and gentle mindful movement. Short periods of rest between sessions allow for integration and ease, creating a balanced and rejuvenating experience. please inquire for small group options and pricing.

Full-Day Retreat (9 AM–4 PM): $100

The private guided full-day retreat follows a similar rhythm, with extended practice periods and a one-hour lunch break to rest and nourish the body. Sessions include sitting and walking meditation, mindful movement, and opportunities to cultivate stillness and awareness throughout the day. please inquire for small group options and pricing.

Massage Therapy

Offered exclusively in Cuenca, Ecuador, my massage services cater to a wide range of needs and populations. I specialize in relaxation and full-body wellness massage, providing a soothing experience to help reduce stress and promote overall well-being.

In addition, I offer deep tissue and injury relief massage for those seeking targeted therapy to address muscle tension, chronic pain, or recovery from injury.

Whether you’re looking for a calming escape or focused therapeutic work, each session is tailored to your unique needs to help you feel your best.
